Once you've purchased your ticket it'll be your responsibility to try and sell the ticket to someone else, in very rare circumstances we may be able to find someone to take your place but we cannot guarantee this.

Tickets are allocated to you as best as possible, we'll always make sure that you sit with people you booked with. We purchase tickets in blocks so normally you'll have people around you from the coach.

Your ticket will be given to you on the day on the way to the show. You will not receive anything prior to the trip.

No, you're more than welcome to sit where you like on the coach. On the very rare occasions when we have limited space, we may ask people to move around just so we can utilise the space as best as possible. 

We don't just sell the ticket unfortunately, we're very lucky that we get discounted prices and great seats for the shows we book. The price you pay is a package and allows us to get you the best price possible for both show and coach.

We plan our routes to try and accommodate as many people as possible, this is all worked out prior to the trip. If we go off the planned route that adds extra time to the journey and delays it for others on the trip. We always try and have central pick ups, if we don't come near you then please speak to us as we'll always try and work something out for future trips.

Yes, food and drink is welcome on the coach as we like to make sure you have the best time on our trips. We do ask that you respect our coach provider and try to limit the mess you make and take all rubbish away with you.

Yes, the coach is ours for the duration of the trip. So if you'd like to leave items behind and not have the worry of lugging things around then you're welcome to do so. Please note that items left behind are done so at the owners risk.

We advise that you get to the theatre at least 30 mins prior to the show starting. Once you've left the coach it is your responsibility to get to the show at the correct time, so please check ticket details once you've received them.

We don't take online payments but our BACS details are available on this site. Please check that we have availability before you make payment. We normally take payment in 2 instalments to help spread the cost, the first payment is taken as a non refundable deposit.
